I'll go with these two, and add "Nuit Sur Les Champs-Élysées," the theme from his soundtrack to Ascenseur pour l'Échafaud (Elevator to the Gallows). It's a great, moody piece of noir, that is incredibly evocative and has, well, Miles Davis on it.

Of course, I could also easily pick something off Miles Smiles...
