A psychological horror film that has really never been equalled- though I find "The Tenant" one of the most underrated movies of all time- that has parallels in the rise of Nazi Germany- which drove Lang out of his home country to Hollywood where he made a few decent films, but was never the same director.
Been one of my favourite films for years, although I don't think it's as underrated now as perhaps it once was. A really good restoration has been available through Criterion for years, which I think can only boost its reputation.
