Well "Sylvia Plath" and "Vienna" cancel each other out for both being very good songs, so we're down to 9-on-9. B gets credit for including "911 Is A Joke", which was on my shortlist, and the downright offensive moral posturing from Mr Tax Dodge on "Another Day In Paradise". But the others aren't as horrible as they could be, plus they have the better Genesis song in "Jesus He Knows Me". And that Kylie/Jason duet may be average, but it's relatively good in its own field.
A isn't as bad as it could be either. Richard Marx is more forgettable than anything, and "Disco Duck" is a bit too novelty. But they pulled out the Huang Chung, although a cliche bad song, it is so for a very good reason. A for being bad on a more consistent level.

Both pretty appalling, although fortunately there's quite a bit I don't know on either list.
I'll give it to be B for picking the most stomach churning song on either list - the shocking "Another Day In Paradise".

I've stared at these two lists for ages - they just keep cancelling each other out. "Mothers Lament" is a bit harsh - just a little levity at the end of the album. In the end it's between that awful Bryan Adams song and Phil Collins. And the King of Cunts triumphs again!

Difficult to choose between two effectively disgusting lists... in the end, I'm going to plump for A.

A, because 'Illegal Alien' is even more rotten than 'Another Day In Paradise'.

Tough, tough matchup. Maybe the worst yet.
I'm stuck. (flips coin)
B, but it could go wither way for me.

Brilliantly dire lists both, and some really inventive and surprisingly horrible choices (one or two I thought I had successfully erased from my memory forever until now). However, in separating them my overriding recurring feeling is that the Kylie and Jason is just too obvious and easy. There's lots of fish in that barrel and it doesn't show the thought or effort of the rest of B's list, or A's list for that matter, standing out like a sore thumb.
As a result A wins

Close call, but it's gotta be A. If for no other reason than the Ryan/Bryan thing, which is very clever. And I like Ryan some of the time, but not when he's name-dropping dead poets. Plus I like "Mother's Lament" and "911 is a Joke" has been used already. And "Illegal Alien" is truly awful. I just watched the video on youtube, god help me.
