Wow.

As does this.... (both lifted from elsewhere)

How well do you think the MAGA Texas survivalists are coping with the power outages due to the weather and their preparedness to go “off grid”?

As well as you’d expect

Overall - good grief.

You know that police officer brutally bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher at the Capitol insurrection? Uh, well

UPDATE: New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police. ... Medical experts have said he did not die of blunt force trauma, according to one law enforcement official.

Instead this is how he died.

I'm guessing that to you this means that his fatal stroke had no connection whatsoever to being bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher shortly beforehand.

No one was bludgeoned Charley. It was made up. It was anti-Trump supporter BS. Had you going too, didn't it?

A lot of what they said happened at the Capitol is BS.

So MSM is to be believed, as long as someone else quotes it first?

You're drunk again, right? You are not making any sense to me. Maybe one of our BCB fellows could help explain your position. I think you have your beliefs about the Capitol protests and Trump himself, mostly negative beliefs derived from the media you follow and don't like seeing it debunked or doubted. There is stuff I am seeing about the Capitol protest that nowhere nearly matches what the MSM have said. In this case the NYT was shown outright to have been lying, er, mistaken and they corrected themselves. As Kim said, many of us don't read the corrections and carry on believing what the NYT had originally said, that the cop was knocked on the head with a fire extinguisher by angry Trump supporters - whom you stupidly hate.

I don't know for sure but the instant, hot off the press, unplumbed, Democratic party approved version as shown by the Times' retraction is largely wrong. If you look you can find some alternative views - but likely not on Google, FB, YouTube, etc. Try BitChute.

If you can stomach a conservative here is Paul Craig Roberts' take. https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/0 ... ral-fraud/

Jimbo is so freaked out by what his wife would think if she saw his nonsense that he doesn’t even dare talk about what his wife thinks about his nonsense lest she read him talking about what she thinks about his nonsense :D

We should remember this the next time Mr. Backedintoacorner tells us all we should be free. What a fucking life he must lead.

Sidney Powell has moved to dismiss Dominion's defamation lawsuit. She argues that when she accused Dominion of being part of an election-rigging scheme with ties to Venezuela, "no reasonable person would conclude" those "were truly statements of fact" https://t.co/RDPD1eGvY3 https://t.co/p5zssgV5JJ

She’s absolutely right there I suppose.

Not directly Trump related but Greenberg looks about to roll on Gaetz.

Had been charged with 33 counts and was going “not guilty” - now reduced to 6 and pleading guilty on Monday.

He could take down a whole lot of people and presumably Gaetz will be one of them.

Wishful thinking but wouldn’t it be great if Trump is also one of them?

The Teflon Don(ald) is never going to be taken down.
Best we can hope is that Dr. Alzheimer knocks on his door before the mid-term elections.
Gaetz will go down for sure and soon after this episode will also end up on the ash heaps of history.

I'd never seen this thread. What a hoot. That fella Jimbo really seems to be a complete nutcase. Isn't he Japanese or something like that?
Surprising that somebody like that is able to defend a Xenophobe. Then again, Xenophobia was just about invented in Japan, only thing is that they haven't been very vocal about it since Hiroshima.

I don't know that he'll end up in prison, but I'm certain that Donald Trump is in for a rough ride in the courts, on both the civil and criminal side. I'd be stunned if he gets drawn in on the Gaetz sex crimes thing, though.
