This was pretty amazing stuff and we all cried .

I'd cry as well if I met Husker Du.

I had another dream about the NY JU. I got there and everyone had shaved off their eyebrows.

I had a dream that my parents had called me ‘Hetch Hetchy’ which when I googled it this morning turns out to be a dam near Yosemite, which is bizarre as I have never heard of it.

That damn was put in place to provide San Francisco with water fyi.

I had a dream last night that I was at a large party and I was walking around naked looking for my clothes.

A had a dream that the neighborhood Zombie was shambling after me and then all the neighbor cats attacked him and torn him to pieces. Sort of like in the book/film Sleepwalkers but the cats were killing Zombies and not Vampires.

We are inching closer to Halloween.

Just awoken from this dream where I quit my job at a private school and on my way out the door i took one of the school's airplanes. It was a small WWII fighter, no guns just a bare bones plane and a blast to fly! My wife came to pick me up and I strapped the plane to the car roof and off we went, My wife wanted to know what the hell we were going to do with a plane and I told her I'd get a pilots license and she and I could go places. True to form the old dream killer said she wasn't getting in that thing. On the way home I spotted a driver-less Cadillac. I said to my wife, "Look. No driver." "I see it," she said sarcastically because she was pissed about the plane. Then for some reason she turned off the main road and onto a patch of ground which was a shortcut to another road. Neither she nor I noticing, too late, she passed under a clothesline. The plane got snagged, dragged off the roof and and smashed to smithereens. On the ground there was the engine and a shredded plane. I wasn't really angry since I hadn't paid money for the thing and my my wife for sure wasn't angry. We went to this nearby cafe where I was going to call a gas station to bring a tow truck and some rakes to clean up the mess. Inside I spotted a guy I kind of knew who worked for Johnny's - a real gas station from my youth - and I asked the young man to call in and get the tow truck. He was kind of slow to help. It was hard for him to stick his head out and see the wreck but when he did he said he'd call Johnny and that's when I woke up. 4:30am.

The other night I had a dream I was rolling all over my mum’s grave, which had turned into a meadow of wildflowers, with no clothes on.

I have a recurring dream... I’m at a party and I’m single... I’m depressed at the thought of having to try and find a partner. (I don’t know why I have to find a partner). Anyway... at some point I’m delighted to remember that I don’t have to find a partner at all because I’m not single, I’m married! But I can’t remember who I’m married to and I spend the rest of the night at the party trying to remember who my husband is and trying to find him.

By the way... My husband thinks it’s unreasonable that I should hold him accountable or be upset or cross with him for misdemeanours or wrong doings he has committed against me in my dreams. I disagree. He must have done something wrong for me to think ill of him in my dreams.

So I'm walking down the middle of a late night, traffic-less city street following three individuals whose roles I don't remember but to impress them and to shake up the neighborhood I begin to pound my chest and let out a Tarzan call. But it is a lame and weak attempt with my voice coming nowhere near a full bodied Tarzan call so I try again. I beat my chest and bellow as loudly as I can when my wife turns on the light and and says, 'What the hell?" She thinks I may have awoken the neighbors.

I have been plagued in this stage of life with really vivid dreams where I move in response to what I am dreaming. Two nights ago I punched the wall in my sleep, hard. I hurt my hand. I dreampt I was being followed and this joker sneaked up behind me and poked his big face right over my shoulder so I took a swing at his face and I nearly broke my hand. It's nuts!

Jimbo, are you taking any type of medication? I know that demerol and other medications can cause that type of dreaming.

Just awoke from a dream where I was walking in my childhood home and I bumped into a rocking chair we had back then and the chair began to spin on its curved rockers. It started slowly but then began to pick up speed spinning faster and faster until it was whirring in place like a top. While I stood there watching an announcer's voice told me that this was a phenomenon called the "Corelanius Effect" and that it would typically last about five minutes. Sure enough the spinning slowed down and I wanted to reach out and steady the chair to prevent it from bumping the wall - and I may have actually reached out in my sleep - but then I woke up.

I had a dream that these people came to me and told me that they knew where my lost cat was at and that she was fine but as we were working out a location (my vet's office) to turn over and/or inspect her before I turned over the $1,000.00 reward ...... my husband woke me and I don't know how the dream ended. :(

Another weird dream .. My hostile Zombie neighbors were telling all the other neighbors that we would store their tires in our garage. Not a chance in Hell that this would happen but then the maie Zombie started to scream that it was my fault and that "they" should break down the garage door, take out the car and place whatever they wanted in our garage. He's so creepy .. I can imagine him doing this .. there are so many neighborhood videos of him ranting and raving ... It's only a matter of time.

I couldn't sleep so I just lied there. Meanwhile my wife took a pill and went to sleep. It seems I live in a very friendly neighborhood. Our front door is unlocked and pretty much anyone can come into our living/bedroom, have a seat and look out at the neighborhood through our big picture window. I was watching these people come and go from my bed. At the same time there was this retarded/autistic (or something) kid in the neighborhood who from time to time gets out from his house and very loudly blurts out gibberish that can be heard throughout the neighborhood. While I was watching people come and go from my living room and when this boy was screaming his "wha-wha-wha", I heard a very kind Japanese man, speak to the boy in Japanese - which I didn't clearly understand. He called the boys name, calmly talked him down from his ranting him and sent him back home. Then I woke up.

I'm pretty sure it was I who was actually loudly moaning the gibberish in my sleep.

I gotta be careful cuz I'm not far from sleepwalking.

None of my business, Jimbo, but I strongly recommend you see a sleep specialist and have some kind of study done. I'm surprised your wife hasn't pushed for it (or has she?).

What? And ruin some exciting dreams???

No, yer right, Chucky, but I'm not sure if sleep docs are a thing here or if insurance will pay. But I'll look into it. I already sleep in a crib-type hospital bed supplied by the city since my accident so I won't be diving through the bars anytime soon.
