A sticky with a list of names that can be appended with new members and ticked off when people have done their DID

A sticky saying who's coming up in the next 4 weeks.

A template for each week with:

Space for a photo
A list of questions
8 youtube videos with explanations
A book
A luxury

And then the section will gradually fill up with threads named for each BCB member where the template will be filled in by that weeks BCBer and comments left

One a week posted on Sunday evening, that allows plenty of time to listen to the 8 songs and leave comments

So I'm not allowed to have a point of view because I have an intermittent satellite link?

First they start telling others what to do, with absolutely no intention -or capability- of doing it themselves......

I think part of the problem is that although there are very few rules regarding content and the way that your DID is presented, Thesiger set the benchmark very high in the first DID. Maybe people should be reminded that it is OK to just present 8 choices with a brief description of why you've chosen them. It's not a rule that you have to give your life history - very interesting though they've all been. Some are not as articulate as others and may struggle to match the quality that has gone before them. Just a thought.

I wasn't telling anyone what to do, I was just sharing an idea about how this thing could work.

I can't work out if it is friendly banter of if people really are having a go at each other but it seems a shame that something which was ticking over so nicely and seemed very popular has now become bickering, complaining and a number of other threads.

And some BCBers wonder why others lose patience with this place sometimes.

aside from my poll - which i happen to think was a legitimate need, since it's, at present, evenly split between people who want a single thread per week and those who don't - what are these other threads?

Back at yer big guy :)

I thought the "you used to be cool" would be enough :)

I fancy a grntle ribbing, it sounds nice in a pervy way.
