Sadly, very little.
Apparently I did when young, but my mother didn't and dad stopped. Tried an evening class a few years ago but didn't get too far - didn't practice hard enough.

Yes - settled here after the war, following advice from his mum. "The Russians are here now, you'll have a better life in England."
