'Split' is the one I've heard most often - I think Yomp might have sent me a disc at some point.

I will definitely dig deeper - thanks for the hints.

Great time as always, friends! Will try for Friday - love the Richard & Linda particularly.

thank all y'all. a wunnerful album, by a band that deserves so much more credit. lovelovelove.

a toast to absent friends. and a toast to my fantastic male spawn on this, his birthday. i don't think i show it enough, but not only is he a daily joy with his warped bastardy juniorness... but he takes care of me. how? well, yeah, he gets me ice. but he also helps me to find my brain, my heart, and my spine during those times when i misplace those things.

i hope everyone has a great rest-of til friday. i will NOT eat another piece of oreo ice cream cake (unless it's for breakfast. be real.)

Fantastic album, great company.

It is worth mentioning while we talk about Bomb/Split/Mighty, etc that it is worth venturing further into the Groundhogs's catalogue. I have never met an album of theirs that did not put a smile on my face. Some of the later ones are (even) more blues-steeped, and that can't be a bad thing in anyone's book. So explore with confidence.

Have a great week, everyone. To absent friends.

It’s good to have someone to count on and when it’s family, even better. He sounds like a good son.
