In Rock. It was first. I had heard Shades and maybe more but In Rock was my first purchase. It was new at the time.

he LOVED classical. have ya ever heard that solo album of his when he just goes offffff in that kinda goth-classical mode?

Sarabande? Listened to it when deliberating which albums to nominate, enjoyed it a good deal.

Been a long while since I heard Gemini Suite, can't remember much of it at all.

Concerto for Group and Orchestra is a bit hit and miss though....

Machine Head, though it's very close to In Rock and there have been times when I've swayed towards Fireball.

Nice choices.

I have to be prepared for Fireball - "Anyone's Daughter" spoils it a bit

Getting sucked into Smoke - the one track on the album I'm liable to skip due to over hearing it.

Still struts magnificently.

I think I prefer Come Taste the Band to both Burn and Fireball

The thing about not listening to classic rock radio is that when something like Smoke On The Water is on in my house I actually enjoy it.
