Something about her voice I don't fancy.

Apparently they’ve re-done her website and social media, including YouTube, so there’s hopefully more where that came from.

Admittedly, early in her career, her voice was either a thing of beauty or one which only dogs could hear, depending on your point of view. By "Court and Spark", her voice was much more palatable, thanks mainly to her cigarette consumption. However, her music and lyrics were/are genius. I love Nyro, tolerate Denny but Joni is head and shoulders above any other female singer/songwriter. Will I be buying? No. Would I accept it as a gift? Absolutely. Regarding Chapman ....LOVE HIS VOICE!

Chelsea Morning is absolutely one of the most exciting songs ever released - the distilled essence of the joy of life, up there with Wouldn't it be nice and I want to hold your hand.

It IS a great song indeed, but as much as I love Joni I think I prefer the Fairports version
