I know! nothing on FM radio when I was growing up. The others, Blind Faith, even the first Winwood solo album - all played to death.

it is a very strange thing. i mean, tell me roll right stones aint built for an audience who already loves low spark. and evenin blue. it makes no sense

I see that decades of mastering mischief means on Spotify we miss three minutes of music! Edited of roll right and Uninspired!

Only put right on remasters. Doh!

i was shocked U2 didn't do better, although i do know they can be a polarizing kinda band. i thought the damned would do better, too.

i will admit right here and now that my joker pick was the pixies, mwhaha. they just felt right, and whoever choose em, a nice off the wall choice.

there were a few i couldn't really rate cuz i don't know who they are, essentially. i mean, i love to be exposed to new things, but i aint gonna give em more points than someone i know and love.

i think overall a great list, really. i'm glad for joy division. great band.

annnnnd... i made it thru the listen without freezin up totally!!

love this traffic. love all traffic.

i hope everyone has a good rest of week.

thanks be to all, as ever. these things are a blast for meeee.

Chris won the joker with Joy Division

I was trying to decide between Dinosaur Jr and Joy Division but went for the wrong one.

Chris buggered me up with his one point

In the open now:

Cat Stevens - JJ
Pixies - kath
Dino - C
JD - Chris

All corkers

[one of us had a full house - I can't recall who]

I entirely agree - that surprised me too!

'Polarised' - that's the word I was looking for earlier

[and bad bloody taste :D ]

Pere Ubu was a surprise - they were a good band

BB King did a lot better than I expected, thought only you and I would give Renbourn & Grossman a decent number of points and would be eliminated.
