How low could they go? Really, really low. Surely the worst track they ever did.

Good to see "It's late" high up a list - one of their very best.

Quick question - do we have a deadline for this yet? I want to participate but as usual it'll take deeper thought than I have time for right now.

Also, here OK, or PM? Or either?

I really wanted PMs because then all the lists are in one place, but as several people have have just shoved their list here it doesn't matter at this stage.

Deadline - well to give me a chance to collate the results in time for the anniversary of Fred's demise, let's say 17th Nov as the deadline.

OK, I can definitely do that. And will PM since I don't really want my picks picked apart here anyway...

Most of the lists broadly conform to the formula "pick a random 5 tracks from each of the first four albums".

Well, mine will be "pick a random 3 tracks from each of the first 6 and add "Under Pressure" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love."

1. Under Pressure - mainly due to the presence of Davey Boy.
2. Erm, that's it. Didn't fight the punk wars to indulge in this pish. For shame.

...And there's a 30 page thread on Fucking Zappa too!!! The noodling puerile wanker. Cunt's dead and still his noodling pish seeps forth like music's version of Chernobyl. Fucksakes BCB how did you come to this? I thought you were of better stuff.

I blame Caarlson.

And Footy.

Them.

Eh, since everyone's sharing, here's my list:

Don't Stop Me Now
Somebody to Love
Brighton Rock
Bohemian Rhapsody
Tenement Funster
Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Bicycle Race
Stone Cold Crazy
Death on Two Legs (Dedicated to...)
Love of my Life
Innuendo
Liar
Killer Queen
The Prophet's Song
Father to Son
I'm Going Slightly Mad
Tie Your Mother Down
The Show Must Go On
I'm in Love with my Car
Now I'm Here

Used to be a big Queen fan but I can't say I necessarily care for half of the above nowadays. But I still do very much enjoy the top 8 or so.
