Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

Prefer this one myself. Really like the cover design as well.

Oh, there's lots of better Parker albums than the live one. Having said that, I don't mind The Parkarilla at all.

Re: NOW PLAYING.
Parkerilla could have been great, but it suffered from a bad production. It was altogether a haphazard and rushed release. And with side 4 just having 1 (studio) song on it: a new version of the old Hey Lord, etc. that was released as a single as well, it was doomed to not do well. I remember being very excited to get my hands on it (despite the horrible cover) and being underwhelmed to say the least. I think it came too soon. They should have released Squeezing Out Sparks and then a proper live album. In my opinion that could have brought the superstardom he craved and possibly deserved. He's certainly one of my favorites, right up to The Real Macaw. A couple of good ones later on, Especially Deepcut to Nowhere. GP+R were excellent live and Parkerilla is just not a good representation of their performances. Boots like King Biscuit Flower Hour prove this.

I like The Parkarilla though, despite its less-than-stellar rep. It might even be my number one most underrated live album of the '70s.

Re: NOW PLAYING.
That's quite a statement, Matt. Have you ever listened to some of the excellent boots that are out there? The aforementioned King Biscuit is good. The official bootleg series is great (but hard to get hold of, these days). Or Live at the Marble Arch (which may actually be an official release, I'm not sure). Even the Live Sparks CD that came with one of the Squeezing Out Sparks re-releases paints a much better picture of how get GP&R could be live. If you like Parkerilla so much, you're going to love some of the stuff I mentioned.

Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.
