John Miles RIP

Postby Tom Waits For No One » 06 Dec 2021, 14:58

Sad to hear this news.
Not talked about on here but growing up in the NE of England at the time of ‘Music’ he was a legend.

Rest easy John.

Music is definitely epic, and of course brings Blake's Seven to mind. RIP.

A classic - a song of three-thirds

Rebel is a good album

RIP John

Was prominent in the UK music scene for his first 4 albums between 1976 and 1979 before his star waned and eventually became a gun for hire.
Never very trendy but a good professional musician and songwriter.
