BCB Cup 2013 - Round 2 - Match 4 - Funky Nomad wanders off!
Re: BCB Cup 2013 - Round 2 - Match 4 - recount needed
Same.
I'm not sure if your vote would have counted or not Andrew, but it wasn't decisive anyway.

Thanks guys, I think I have enough confirmation of A 27, B 28. I thought for a minute we were going to have the first replay of the tournament, but no. A was Funky Nomad, who was desperately unlucky here. Still, good match, and B has the privilege of submitting five more songs!

You were robbed. And it was low turnout. At least I voted for ya. I'd have been depressed if you'd lost by one and I hadn't voted. Sorry man!

Damn! Maybe I shouldn't have got so excited over Pluto Shervington. Unlucky there FN, clearly I was at fault.

My apologies for not voting, Funky, as I was unable to listen to your new 5 (due to laptop issues which were only resolved yesterday)
I loved the track by Beach House from the get go Round 1. I didn't know of them before.

Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.

Hard luck FN. I've lost by one vote before, it can be hard to take

The EPRA will triumph one day, it won't be soon though as too many BCBers will need to remove their heads from the asses. It'll be a long, torturous process.

With two of our brethren conspicuous by their absence from this year's Cup, I fear for the worst...

Might I suggest crafting a list with good songs and a tad more variety?
And not picking abominations like that FOUND song.

If, by "crafting a list" you mean stuff it full of 60's pish or token soul/R&B/freakbeat tracks, no thanks. I'll never win, but I'll never win my own way.
Anyway, I do believe my list is the only one so far to have contained any classical music...

I'm just glad that the EPRA is still a going concern and hasn't been subsumed by some prog-backed counterrevolution.
Keep the faith, lads!
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
