Have to thank the proprietor of list A for solving a riddle I had for ages- a hip hop-track using Moments In Love as the main sample! And is that the same PBS-track as in an earlier list?
Still a pretty good list- the Bob Brady-track I like. Sigur Ros would be enough to win it on its own.....
B's up and down- the ups fortunately outweighing the downs- the Death-track is stellar! It's just that the opposition has a bit more quality overall.

B simply doesn't give a shit about winning, which is cool. It's uncompromising and not lame.

I have to go with A though, as Lesley Gore, Sigur Ros (and Bob Brady!) are big personal faves.

I'm thinking the same and it's not even one of my favourite Fairport tracks.

B was always going to be up against it after A's opening salvo of that Colourbox theme (which is completely ludicrous, and brilliantly so) backed up with the mighty Spitfire (this year's favourite pick?) and some other ear-friendly tunes.

B might have made more of a match of things, but then along comes that Rebel Moves pick, which is now in the running for my award for worst song of the 2013 Cup. It's a merit-free zone, and wraps up a comfortable win for A
