Not much I can say that you don't already know about what a wonderful friend he was. I might write more later, but for now all I can say is I'll miss my Baby Boy more than I can possibly express. It was an honor to have known him.

There have been tears, and I'm still feeling a big emptiness where his Jackness used to be, but I'm glad he went on his own terms and not too much discomfort.

Thanks to all the love and support we've gotten here and on facebook. He would've thanked you too if he could! He loved people. Just one of his many wonderful qualities.

Just moving over the posts from the other thread that I forgot I started. Thanks to Martha for moving this one, which I've retitled, over. The love and support he and we got from all helped- and continues to help- a great deal.

Very sad. I'm glad Jack hung in there as long as he did though.
