Don't back down just yet though, Charlie. Bill could've gone back stage and shaved in between songs.

He could also have handed his shirt and guitar to Harvey Mandel for the encore - just to see if Keith noticed. Wouldn't put it past him.

And asked him to shave whatever mustache he might have had.

The body and the little hands definitely looks like Wyman to me. It does seem to be a wisp of long hair coming up that looks like whiskers.

Meant to ask, who's on bass? Looks like Harvey Mandel (who played on some Black And Blue cuts iirc) but I've never heard of him playing bass before. Guess there's no reason he couldn't have.
Bill

It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

I actually copied this and pasted it into Paint so I could enlarge it to try and get a better look.
This confirmed my suspicions that the record on the floor next to Ram is Nilsson's Aerial Pandemonium Ballet, and the LP under The Ballad Of Todd Rundgren is Todd's Runt, with either a "We Gotta Get You A Woman" hype sticker or a "PROMOTION ONLY" sticker under the title. It's impossible to be certain, but I think that the inner sleeve of the latter album is on Karen's knee, with the record precariously hanging halfway out of it.
Ballad and APB both came out in June '71, Ram the previous month, so I'll go out on a limb and guess that this was taken in late June or early July.
I am so BCB it hurts.

You’ve not identified the gold discs?

If it's theirs, then the LP is 'Close To You'. No idea what the singles are.

Close To You LP for sure.
Edjamacated guess on the singles: "Close To You" and "We've Only Just Begun", although "For All We Know" is also a possibility.
