There's a hint of Tom Waits to it. Not great Waits though.

It's ok; hope he enjoyed making it and touches those people who need it.

He appears to be channeling William Topaz McGonigall but I do find the whole thing strangely hypnotic.

Made it to about 6 minutes, then decided to fast forward through it and ended up at the same point.

The rumble in his voice is pleasant but that's about it.
