The Who: their UK singles ranked

See if you agree. Hard for me to judge, but it's not surprising that all the big ones that I know are way up front.

Not bad although I would drop the single edits of Won't Get Folled Again and Who Are You toward the bottom. They're worthless compared to the album versions.

"Dogs" is way too low, and I'd move "Join Together" closer to the top too.

WGFA certainly
But the single edit of Who Are You is just fine.

They really did a lot of junk among the good stuff, didn't they?

Negative. I don't regard any of their sixties or seventies singles as junk. Some are better than others but even the weak ones are fun. After 1980, I can't defend them. But that's after the good stuff not among it.
